Cloud Nine (the genius innovation from the creator of the original straightening iron no less!) have all the knowhow when it comes to hot and cool styling techniques and trends. Sign up for one of four choices on the Art of Styling programme and seize the opportunity to ensure your skills are the best possible, growing business in the salon and helping build a skills base to grow your career.
Art of Styling courses include a choice of four focused trends: Spring/Summer, Autumn/Winter, Bridal and Party Hair. Each shares professional techniques enabling you to create the latest commercial looks for your clients to take back to the salon, with courses headed by this fabulous posse of talent:
Stacey McCormack – long standing Cloud Nine education team member and owner of Modello Hair Salon & Spa, Stacey has a variety of expertise ranging from salon appointments to session styling and education. Stacey started her career in hairdressing at just 14 at Charlie Miller Edinburgh, and has now worked with the likes of Leigh Keates at London Fashion Week and Angel Montague-Sayers!
Jodie Austen – renowned for her passion for hair and fashion, #OpenChairNight pro Jodie will share her classic styling techniques to create timeless shapes. Jodie has worked on countless editorial campaigns from Ralph Lauren to Laura Ashley, and is a regular session stylist at Fashion Week – most recently seen in action at the Victoria Secret show in Paris! Jodie first learnt about Cloud Nine when she ‘received the Original Wand at an event and it became one of my all-time favourites.’ Since joining the education crew her aim has been to ‘inspire the team in every salon session. Because I work in the fashion industry, I feel I can share techniques of working with the tools that perhaps the salon team haven’t tried before.’
James Earnshaw – Creative director at Francesco Group Academy, James also adds the accolade of British Hairdressing Awards finalist, recent F.A.M.E
team 2017 member, and longtime HairClubLive enthusiast to his resume. Drawing on his wealth of experience, he oozes
creativity and is forever pushing boundaries, helping to nurture his students’ confidence. James says that he ‘can bring techniques for creating commercial, wearable hair for the salon, but also how to push that to make it edgy and fashion focused. What I love about Cloud Nine is the fact that it feels premium, luxurious, but always fashion lead.’
Kimberley Davies – Highly educated and creative businesswoman Kimberley has more than seven years
experience in the industry, a business HND and level 3 NVQ for hair. As Creative Director
and owner of Salt Salon in Wales (awarded a five-star rating by the Good Salon Guide!) Kimberley knows the value of
tailoring your styling and artistic talents to suit each client and maximise your business.
Miffy Goknil – Freelance creative Miffy displays dedication, enthusiasm and eye for detail, which attracts clients from all walks of life. Based in London, Miffy is constantly ahead of the curve when it comes to trends and helps students strive for the biggest and boldest styles.
So get to it! Whether it’s seasonal
